Protests escalated again late Monday night as police fired tear gas at protesters gathering in groups near the QuikTrip and other Ferguson spots. Police fired at least three tear gas volleys near the QuikTrip and used tear gas to break up protesters near West Florissant and Northwoods Estates.

Attorney General Eric Holder will be going to Ferguson, Mo., on Wednesday to meet with federal agents and community leaders, President Obama said in a news conference Monday.

The Justice Department is conducting its own investigation into the death of Michael Brown, an unarmed black teen who was shot by a police officer and whose death has sparked a week of protests. (NPR)

The "Ice Bucket Challenge" for ALS that is sweeping the nation seems to have finally touched Young Money and OVO because last night at the Philadelphia stop of the Drake vs Lil Wayne tour, Drake participated in the ice bucket challenge.

Live on stage Drake had a bucket of ice water dumped on his head and followed the splash with a bit of frenzy as the OVO front man took off his soaking shirt, showing of sculpted abs. Heyyyy Drizzy.

So, who did Drake challenge? Beyonce, who has 24 hours to accept and donate to the ALS Foundation. (IamJasonLee)

Well, looks like we're pretty good at picking em because #ChicksNKicks alum Kari Calhoun just landed a spot as one of the model hopefuls in the latest season of America's Next Top Model. Cycle 21, which aired last night on The CW, finds Kari as the target of a few of Cupid's pesky arrows as male and female contestants battle it out for pose supremacy.

Congrats Kari!
