Back in 1990, Will Smith was an up-and-coming actor who had just began filming a little sitcom called The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Cindy Crawford was THE top model in the world and the host of a little sitcom on MTV called House of Style. Maybe you've heard of it?

We were reminded of this moment is sneaker history after supermodel Cindy Crawford posted a small snippit of MTV’s House of Style, in which Cindy visited the fictional Banks mansion to catch up with a then 22-year-old Smith. Throughout the interview, the model and comedian take a short tour of the NBC stage set, but the highlight of the segment was undoubtedly when Cindy whipped out her own pair of the Jordan Retro 5.

Though many of you may not be old enough to remember House of Style, it was actually kind of a big a deal during the early '90s. Inspired by the supermodel craze that resulted in Cindy, Naomi, Linda, Elle and more, the program debuted in 1989 and captivated its audience with every aspect of the industry, including clothing, models' lives, social issues, and, of course profiling celebrities known for their unique style.
