So, life has been pretty hectic for Rita Ora. But, it looks like amid all the mess, her partnership with adidas Originals continues to flourish. The house that three stripes built teams with the former Roc Nation artist in a spread for a series of Japanese-inspired threads for her latest collaboration with adidas dubbed “Asian-Arena.” Could be kind of offensive, but whatevs.
The limited edition pack draws it's mythical inspiration from significant part of eastern culture: the traditional Japanese geisha. The collection features a number of adidas heritage streets silhouettes that tie themselves directly to the culture.
With everything from a restructured take on the classic kimono to the geisha-style drapery, Asian Arena draws from worlds away with a polished and colorful offering.
But, it's not all about the gear. Footwear finds a vibrant presence in the collection as adidas offers such silhouettes as the ZX FLUX NPS Up, the Tubular, ZX FLUX and Stan Smith - all of which utilize print placement to emphasize aesthetics and shape.
The Rita Ora x adidas Originals "Asian Arena" Collection is set to drop on February 6th online and in select stores. Take a look at more from the collection in the slide show below.
