Director Ava DuVernay and Auntie Oprah tackle this topic and more in their Hollywood Reporter cover story. In an interview with the magazine, the duo discussed the need for centering the conversation on inclusion as opposed to getting stuck on talks of diversity.  They also tackled hot button topics like Black Lives Matter and more in the article.  Certified Chickspiration, right?
