The holiday season usually means parties, family, and food. While we’re all down for some much needed family and friend time, we’re not so interested in the post-holiday cravings most of us (raise your hands, y’all) get as a result of getting a little lax with the eating habits. As you wean yourself off of Christmas goodies (my mother made cookies that I am avoiding LIKE THE PLAGUE) it helps to attack some of those cravings with snacks that are healthy and delicious and NOT that plate of cookies.
