Happy Tuesday, y'all! Over the weekend, I got together with some homegirls and finally finished my 2017 Vision Board. Not only am I psyched that I now have a number of dreams/goals pinned up on my wall, but it was amazing to spend some quality time with an encouraging group of women. Basically, it was LIT. LOL! It was so cold in Dallas this weekend (which I absolutely loved, btw) which reminded me of a Sneaker Diary I hadn't quite posted yet...kind of.

At the start of January, we linked up with Cozy Girl Squad to unveil some of our favorite Nike Women winter looks designed to keep you warm and chic. While in NYC, I tried my hand at hailing a cab for a prime photo op. Let's just say, that whole thing is kind of a science.

I originally bought this J.O.A. Melina Plaid Coat back in July because I desired a plaid coat AND because it was on MAJOR sale via Nasty Gal, marked down from almost $200 to $30. The bad news is my exact wool coat is sold out, but I've found a few goodies that make up for it. This is my second midi wool coat (I talked about my favorite last week) and it's surprisingly warm for a coat that is so lightweight. Whether rocking it with my sneakers or for an event with dreaded heels, I feel like it works with a number of looks.

I paired a navy blue midi dress from Naked Wardrobe with a pair of high wool socks, a fresh pair of NikeLab x Sacai Dunks and the Nike Aerolayer Training Vest. The vest, which also features a super high neckline, doubled as a bit of a makeshif scarf that allowed me to keep my face warm as I hailed a cab.

I know NYC has been the main topic here lately and I promise we're heading home next week! By the way, wish me luck. I'm planning on shooting my first YouTube video this weekend and I have absolutely no clue how to edit. Jesus, take the laptop! I do have some pretty fun stuff to share with you guys SO, I'm gonna try to put my brain in major action to get it to you next week. Have an awesome rest of the week!
