While Serena Williams continues to revel in her coveted Sports Illustrated 'Sportsperson Of The Year' honor, the champ continues to laugh off those haters with a little help from Nike as they unveil yet another footwear collection celebrating the queen of court.
For the second time this year, NikeCourt (a tennis-focused peripheral of NikeLab) delivers an ode to Serena this time in the form of a revised Nike Air Max 1 Ultra and Nike Roshe-LD 1000 silhouettes with premium rework. Both sneaks get the revamp in PRM white leatherand a distinctive mesh toe cap (complete with an abstract perforated design). Metallic silver rounds off the look, adding a more contemporary vibe to the two piece.
Yea...I'm gonna need those Air Maxes.
If you're thinking the same, both models are now available via Nikecourt online (along with a snazzy, but pricey, black NikeCourt Bomber jacket). The Nike x Serena Air Max 1 Ultra 'Greatness' retails for $180 USD while the Roshe-LD 1000 can be yours for a cool $160 USD.
