The Jumpman has made some large strides with their WMNS Division. From the unveiling of their summer collection + the highly anticipated Satin SBB; it’s safe to say our interests were peaked. While adding new colorways to classics, Jordan Brand has also remastered sneakHERs utilizing unique designs. That brings us to our next pair that was recently introduced as part of the Jordan Brand WMNS Holiday Collection 2018.
The Air Jordan IV may look like your average retro sneaker, but it comes with a surprise twist. First and foremost, the upper features an all-over fire red colorway with black detailing on the lace harness, heel branding, and tongue tag. To many Jumpman sneaker lovers, the red and black color scheme is part of the Jordan heritage. The look comes together on a gum outsole, but heres the catch. A special (and very cool) detail about this Air Jordan IV is that the top layer of the upper wears away to reveal another design underneath. We predict that people will get pretty creative with this feature by intentionally wearing away the upper to show off a bold sneakher style.
