Japanese streetwear brand, UNDERCOVER, has been taking the sneaker world by storm. It seems like everyone has been trying to get their hands on the highly anticipated UNDERCOVER x Nike React Element 87. If you’re new to the brand, it was created by Japanese design legend, Jun Takahashi. The designer is one of the OGs that was instrumental in turning streetwear into what it is today. While everyone was waiting on the Element 87 collab, UNDERCOVER dropped a collection with Converse entitled, “Order and Disorder.”

First debuting at Paris Fashion Week last January, the collection is inspired by Takahashi’s Fall 2018 theme of “Order/Disorder.” This collection features four bold colorways of the Chuck Taylor 70 low that include black, red, yellow and white. Each sneaker features that classic canvas upper with tonal laces and a tonal midsole. The high shine midsole is segmented at the toe to create a bold yet minimal contrast. Keeping with the brand’s aesthetic of less is more, the only branding on the outside of the sneaker is “Order” and “Disorder” printed on the toe boxes. Take a look at the UNDERCOVER x Converse Chuck 70 collection below!

I love a good minimalistic moment and this collection will definitely give you that subtle flex. The glossy midsoles are probably my favorite part of this sneaker; it just adds a bit of uniqueness. Is this collection a cop or can for you? If this is a must cop, you can SHOP THE SNEAKS below for $110 USD.
