We are all about taking care of Mother Earth, especially with our favorite go-to brands. Recently, we highlighted some smaller brands that get re-purposing right and today we are bringing it back to the classics. We stan sustainability initiatives and Converse is back with more gear from their RENEW Collection. The thought behind the initiative is to lessen the carbon footprint by utilizing different waste materials to create more sneakers. Ultimately, pairing upcycled textiles and recycled cotton blends from the production process minimizing waste.

The latest Converse Renew Tri-Panel Summer Collection uses earth tones to create a vintage aesthetic where faded colorblocking lock in the vibe. Hues of noble gray and mellow rose, to name a few, hit the panels of the repurposed waste cotton canvas uppers. Constructed with a blend of undyed yarn, the upper is 80% virgin cotton and 20% recycled cotton.
