Release Dates: Nike Drops a MSU-inspired Dunk High "Spartan Green"
Nike's College Colors Program adds another layer to the storied Big 10 battle between Michigan and Michigan State with a Nike Dunk High that just screams “RIVALRY!”
While anyone who loves sneakers will tell you that the legendary Dunk has never “gone away”, it seems the Dunk, in low iterations, are this year’s shoe of choice for the Swoosh — and now the Dunk High is set to make its 2020 debut with a “Pro Green” colorway inspired by one of the most competitive state schools in the US.
Playing on a simple white and green color scheme, this Dunk High makes a little go a long way with a style similar to the 2008 “Pine Green” release. What’s different? A darker green upper poised with a rich forest green. Toeboxes, quarters, collars, and tongues are all crispy in white, while the rich fir-toned hue that gives the shoe its standout appeal covers the mudguards, eyestays, Swooshes and collar flaps. White midsoles and green outsoles round off the look.
Look for the Nike Dunk High “Pro Green” to release via Nike SNKRS on September 18, priced at $110 USD.
