The Air Jordan 1 Retro High has been seen over and over at the epicenter of sneaker culture. While this originator has seen an abundance of makeovers in it’s 3+ decades, the OG (AKA retro) colorways always draw our attention. In light of the 35th anniversary last year, the return of the AJ1 ‘85 ‘Varsity Red’ sent sneaker lovers into a frenzy. This upcoming iteration takes a clean palette right in time for spring (insert SWOON).
Did we mention the exclusivity around this pair? The Air Jordan 1 ‘85 ‘Neutral Grey’ will be a very limited release, but it won’t leave out the small feet tribe (sizes will go down to 3.5US). The construction features a smooth white leather upper with grey suede detailing on the Swoosh and collar. Grey accents also hit the Wings logo and tongue tag bringing the look together for an OG throwback that we haven’t seen since it first hit the shelves many, many years ago.
