Ah, the beloved Asic Gel-Lyte III. A favorite by some (including myself) and a slept on silhouette by others. With an overwhelming amount of colorways, the possibilities really are endless. Here we’re taking a look at a new iteration that pays homage to some past colorways and looks to a more sustainable future.

The Asics Gel-Lyte III ‘Patchwork’ is a mismatched duo that features a different design on each side. Each of the shoe’s lateral sides is dressed in a creamy hue in a buttery suede that we have all come to know and love from the brand. However, opposite of that, a patchwork design takes over with colorful blue, red, and white squares complimented by a navy blue and light blue suede overlay. Patchwork designs are having their major moment and we’re here for it. The Asics Gel-Lyte III ‘Patchwork’ doesn’t have an official release date just yet but it looks like it may be dropping soon with a price tag of $130 USD.
