sacai x Nike LDWaffle Lineup | Release Info

Collaborative sneakers tend to be the most hype and sought after releases. It allows for brands to come together and showcase their design abilities and interpretation of some of our favorite silhouette. Since the beginning of Chitose Abe’s relationship with Nike, her doubled up details have become her signature and the sneaker community has loved it. Now, her brand sacai is teaming up with both the Swoosh and a variety of other brands to bring us the upcoming LDWaffle lineup.

The sacai x Nike LDWaffle Lineup is set to start releasing soon and will feature collaborative appearances from 3 additional designers - Hiroshi Fujiwara‘s fragment, Edison Chen‘s CLOT and Jun Takahashi‘s Undercover. Abe’s signature doubled up detailing in the sole, Swooshes, shoelaces, and tongues. The LDWaffle ‘fragment’ come in both a neutral gray and navy tone while the LDWaffle ‘CLOT’ have two colorful iterations - on in it’s signature burgundy, orange and tan colorway along with a tonal gray iteration. The LDWaffle ‘Undercover’ is a bit different from the other two designers in the lineup with 3 designs being released - one with mainly yellow hues on the Swooshes, collar, shoelaces and outsole and two more colorways coming in red and dark teal as well as blue and dark burgundy. when can we expect each sneaker to drop from the sacai x nike lineup?

Here’s what we know about the release of each sneaker so far. For now, the sacai x Nike LDWaffle ‘fragment’ is the first to release with the navy pair dropping on 8/27 and the gray pair dropping on 9/8 with a price tag of $170 USD.
