Joe Freshgoods x Converse Tease Release in December

On the heels of Joe Freshgoods’ birthday, he’s celebrating quite a year. This Chicago native from the West Side has had his share of dope collaborations and we’re excited to see what’s next. If you’re not familiar with one of the flyest pairs from the 2020 NBA Allstar weekend releases, you need to get acquainted with the craftmanship that Joe pours into his designs. Regardless of apparel or footwear, he infuses his work with creative narratives and cultural elements. He is deeply rooted in authenticity and that’s why we love what he’s been doing for years. Not to mention, he is a huge proponent of giving back to community.
Joe knows shoes. Recently, JFG teased that we will be seeing another New Balance collaboration, but in December we will also be blessed with a Converse release. Joe is not new to bold makeovers on Converse classics (see image below), but this will be the official new-new with the brand. We’re pretty confident that an apparel capsule will also accompany the December drop and we have two words that you’ll hear us say when it comes to the FYE: DONT. SLEEP.
