Adidas and Palace’s Latest Collection is Wimbledon-ready
Just in time for Wimbledon 2018, Adidas and London-based skate brand, Palace, teamed up for a tennis inspired capsule. Amid all things World Cup, the respected tennis tournament has officially begun, and we couldn't wait to see Serena Williams hit the court. One of my favorite things about Wimbledon is the dress code. Players must dress in all white and I love that this AdidasxPalace capsule went along with that theme. They wanted the actual Adidas athletes to wear the collection during the tournament. The new collection will mark the second time the pair has worked together and I’m certain it won’t be the last. This time around, the duo expanded into womenswear for the first time.
The all white collection is perfect for these summer days on and off the court. While I do play tennis, I love to incorporate tennis pieces into everyday wear for a more “dressed up” athleisure look. For the ladies, the collection offers everything from 70s inspired skirt sets to tanks and shorts. The collection also includes accessories like hats and visors. I love that this collection merges classic tennis fabrics like French terry with Adidas’ high-performance fabric technology. The pieces are all accented with the Adidas/Palace branding in navy and red. Standout items for me are the French terry visor and skirt set. You can check them out above!
The tennis collection released July 3rd with prices ranging from $5 to $295 USD, depending on item. If you’re in search of the perfect looks to go with your summer white sneakHERs, you can SHOP THE COLLECTION below.
