ICYMI: This Famed Designer Is Lacing Up With Jordan Brand

We've long been fans of Melody Ehsani's colorful aesthetic, women support women rheteric, and powerful slogans with positive messages. Also, the jewelry is fire. Her collaboration with Reebok only worked to solify our love for the LA-based boutique of her own name because we love kicks and Melody has a way of taking classic silhouettes and adding a flair that made an M.E. Reebok something to certainly covet.
When Ehsani announced her final shoe with Reebok back in 2017, we all speculated and made our own guesses about where she would land. While it wasn't a given, we knew that someone who can sell out an entire line in 40 minutes would probably be back. The question was when and with whom. Now, it seems, in a quiet-as-kept IG post we find our answer as Melody publicly confirmed that she’s taking her talents to Jordan Brand.

While details are scarce and an official statement from Jordan Brand has yet to materialize, we saw Melody in Paris last week and we’re pretty sure she wouldn’t be confirming the news publicly if the deal wasn’t already final. No word yet on what exactly we can expect from Ehsani or the product she’ll hit market with. Our bet is we’ll see our first look at what Melody has in store sometime in late August or early September with an official announcement from Jumpman and, hopefully, a collab with Aleali May or Maya Moore to ring in the new partnership. However it materializes, we’re here for more socially-conscious product, more color, and much more Melody on our feet.
