The Melody Ehsani Holiday Collection Releases Next Week

Whenever we think of Melody Ehsani, her fire sneakHER releases are at the forefront of our mind. From her collab with Reebok on her Question Mid to her sought after Jordan 1 Mid, the LA-based designer has always given the ladies some heat to add to their sneakHER rotations. However, we can’t forget about the fire apparel Melody Ehsani supplies with through her own brand. Here, we break down her latest collection that features some firsts from the brand.
The Melody Ehsani Holiday Collection is dedicated to breaking the mold that women as so often put in and encourages us to continue the change necessary. The collection features pieces that were inspired by and named after some of the most groundbreaking females in history. The Laleh Top was named Laleh Seddigh, the first female race car driver to compete with men in Iran. The Bessie Jumpsuit was inspired by Bessie Coleman, who was the first Black and Native American woman to hold a pilot’s license.
This collection also gives us some of the first denim pieces from the brand in the form of trousers, shirt jackets, and cropped jackets in a vintage wash, soft pink, and navy blue tone. Additional top options include a velour rugby tee inspired by André 3000, a cropped boxy mock neck tee, and a sweater with an all-over “NO!” print. Nylon plaid-printed shirts and joggers and a sweatsuit in a new vintage black hue rounds out the collection. Briana King, a skater and community organizer, models the pieces below.
