Adidas has never been afraid of pushing the boundaries and their collaborations are no different. Earlier this year, the three stripes collaborated with Finnish design house Marimekko for a collection that combined both performance and lifestyle. Now, they two are teaming up together for a second collection that shows that sportswear doesn’t need to sacrifice style.
The adidas x Marimekko Colllection introduces the Finnish brand’s most iconic print design to date. The ‘Unikko’ print serves as a true symbol of creativity and appears in sports apparel for the first time. The extensive collection includes tracksuits, backpacks, caps and coral-colored hoodies in the stunning ‘Unikko’ print. Sports bras and leggings are also treated with the floral print in a tonal black while swimwear pieces come in orange and pink hues. The collection is rounded out with a couple sneaker silhouettes - the Stan Smith, Superstar and the Ultraboost 21. Check out the promo video below for a closer look at the collection.
