Black and Brown communities have so much to offer and that comes as no surprise. Their talent and creativity has no boundaries and emerging Black and Brown-owned brands are living proof of that. While we continue to discover and support brands that funnel dollars back into our community we’re taking a look at a brand that has continued to revolutionize how we see leather goods and that growth is always welcomed.

Introducing Mifland. The brand was created from Founder Tobi Egberongbe’s previous experiences and affinity to design, photography, architecture, and contemporary furniture. From there, Mifland was created with a focus on accessory goods that have a modern utilitarian approach. While in quarantine, Mifland began experimenting with more than leather goods and expanded into apparel. Now apparel has become a permanent addition to the brand.

The Mifland Fall/Winter 2021 Collection marks the brand’s first official offering of apparel. The 60 piece collection is designed to be interchangeable between the garments because versatility is everything. The collection takes cues from workwear attire with a tailored cut while using color to define the details in each item. In addition to the extensive apparel being offered, the brand is also sticking to its roots by introducing a new assortment of leather accessories with Mifland’s new in-house leather that features their signature Million M Pattern. Check out the images below for a full look at the collection.
