World-renowned actress and superstar momtrepreneur Gabrielle Union is bringing back her New York & Co. Gabrielle Union Collection just in time for fall. She originally launched the clothing line in 2017 with the company and received enthusiasm from customers about the styles and designs.
New York & Co.’s original parent company voluntarily filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2020 and was soon bought out by The Saadia Group, a fashion conglomerate that recently launched Lord & Taylor’s online business. After a 4 year hiatus, Union’s back with brand new pieces and a more inclusive size range extending to XXL. Union and NY&CO aim to release a new collection for the Gabrielle Union line monthly.
The September launch features soft neutral knits, pleather accents, silky blouses, and flowy dresses. Bright red, cobalt blue, true black, and mustard make the statement pieces in the collection pop.
“With every collection I design, I want to ensure the clothing reflects my personality, style and celebrates confidence,” Union says. “The September collection has everything from styles for work, chic and cozy knits, and pops of color for a fun night out.”
