It’s been a whirlwind of a week for Queen B. Between the Beyhive fighting for the lives for Renaissance World Tour tickets and another disappointing AOTY Grammy Snub, Beyoncé is also bringing Ivy Park into the chat. Adidas x Ivy Park is back again with another collaborative collection inspiring us to embrace exploration and adventure to the fullest. With this collection including 56 apparel styles and has been deemed The Queen’s “favorite drop to date”, we’re all the way tuned in and adding to cart as we speak.
According the the official press release, the Adidas x Ivy Park “PARK TRAIL” collection guides us through a place of wonder and revelation through time, space, and self transformation. This could mean taking a much needed walk down a nature path outside or going inward and discovering new dimensions. The collection infuses inspiration from Hip Hop in the 90’s with natural and unnatural elements to convey the idea of getting lost, but discovering yourself through your own PARK TRAIL. The campaign stars music entertainer and global superstar, Offset and his son, Kodi, supermodel and actress Devon Aoki, rising star rapper/singer Ice Spice, Japanese Instagram star and fashion icon/model, Coco Princess, American NFL Football sensation Jordan Fuller, NCAA artistic gymnast Nia Dennis, professional American soccer player Dani Weatherholt, and professional skateboarder, Diego Nájera.
The collection re-thinks classic outdoor styles and interprets them through elevated fabrics, powerful iconography, prints, sequins, camouflage, and incorporates utilitarian convertibility. The color palette includes Sol Ange (solar orange), Mojave (focus orange), Lake-Her (legacy indigo), Denali Green (wild pine), Yosemite (purple), White Sands (cream white), Pynes (pulse lime) along with a signature Canyon print (camo print). Apparel highlights include: the Camo Sequin Jacket, Camo Fur Coat, Camo Canvas Track Suit, the Circular Knit Camo Crop, Tight, Zip Hoodie, the Knit Camo Jacquard Sweater, and the Camo Hidden Pocket Crew Neck Sweatshirt. Footwear includes the already released IVP Top Ten 2000 (TT2000), and the Accessories includes the Camo Reversible Bucket Hat, and the Camo Convertible backpack. In full, the entire collection houses 56 apparel styles, 12 accessories, and 3 footwear styles made in men, women, unisex, and oversized fits. There is also a new Kids collection with this release that includes: 12 apparel styles, 4 kid’s accessories and 1 footwear style.
