Yoon Has Us Drooling with Teaser of Nike x Ambush Capsule
Back in September, Nike officially announced that fall/winter 2018 would see three key collabs with female curators. One such collaboration with Ambush, the jewelry label created by Yoon Ahn and Verbal in 2008, has been garnering much buzz over the last week thanks to a few sneak peeks courtesy of Yoon. The collection itself will be released at the end of the year, however, Yoon took the liberty of bringing us all into the prep on her Instagram page late last week.
The first visuals are comprised of a combination of mens and womens streetwear, with an ever present Swoosh always prominantely displayed. A furry green jacket (which is reversable, btw) leads the pack and is the main item that swifty went out to our CNK group chat. Last, but not least, we can also expect an upgraded version of the quasi-mythical Airmax 180 as well as minimal striped tracksuits that seem to figure in the perfect fit and a few touches of 3M.
Personally, this Ambush x Nike Air Max 180 is at the top of my list. What about you?
No word yet on when the Ambush x Nike Collection will release, but you can expect more news and official unveiling to come any day now. Until then, you can shop a few of our favorite AMBUSH and NikeLab picks below.
