Jordan Brand and Artist Parker Duncan Bring a Fresh Twist to These Sweats
Back in February, Jordan Brand dropped something a bit unexpected, but, incredibly welcome. Inspired by their childhood, the brand tapped portrait artist Parker Duncan to bring a fresh twist to their Artist Series collection with whimsical drawings rooted in the original Jumpman.
ICYMI, Parker Duncan is a 24-year-old portrait artist currently based in Charlotte, NC. Their mediums of choice are oil paint and oil pastels. Their work is driven by snapshots of their childhood - which, to be honest, resonate just as deep with us. Think summer family reunion or neighborhood cookout and you’ll get what we mean. Parker uses oil paint and pastels to create vivid, multifaceted portraits infused with their unique point of view and Jordan Brand utilized this inventive take to create classic sweats and tees featuring bold allover print in Duncan's inimitable style. Made with mid-weight fleece in a relaxed fit, they're pretty much like wearing a masterpiece.
