Fun fact: Vans brand began supporting BMX in 1979 becoming the first brand to support the sport.

To celebrate the cultural impact that BMX has had on the youth Vans presents an Anniversary Collection for both women and men that includes apparel and footwear. The collection is inspired by classic BMX lifestyle silhouettes and Vans heritage graphics. One of the standouts in the collection that happens to be for us ladies is the BMX Jacket. The jacket has a poly flight satin shell with a ton of Vans logos aka patches. There's also a muscle tank made with heavy cotton jersey, BMX pants, hats and a whole lot more.

Let's talk about sneakers for a second, shall we? The sole of the Vans, the iconic waffle sole provided great pedal grip for bikers and became their choice of sneakers in the late '70s. In this collection we see the Vans BMX SKk8-Hi Reissue and the Vans BMX Era. Footwear is constructed with Vans’ classic canvas and suede combination, and each style showcases a graphic Checkerboard printed quarter-panel that is available in three colorways including a share green, white and true navy. Each footwear silhouette is finished with a reissued thumbs up heritage print on the sidewall.
