Megan Thee Stallion Brings Her Hottie Boot Camp to Nike

Attention all Hotties, THEE Hot Girl Coach has brought her Hot Girl Movement to Nike. So, sis, get your favorite workout outfits, tools and accessories because we’re heading to the Nike Training Club app with Megan Thee Stallion. She’s giving us all of her favorite moves that help her strengthen her amazing bionic knees, and inspiring us to have a positive and fulfilling fitness journey of our own.

If you’ve ever seen a Megan Thee Stallion show or performance, you know she gives it her all. She’s rapping, while twerking and dancing, staying on beat and running across the stage to give her audience what they came to see. All while still looking fabulous? Talk about superheroes. She is successful at what she does because she takes care of her body and wants to make sure she is at her highest when she goes to work. She is also demonstrating that you don’t need to be an athlete to have an athletic body. Rapping and dance has become her sport and she is proof that you can build your athleticism into whatever you love.

At the beginning of the year, Megan introduced her Hotties to her own workout results and what changes she was making in her health and wellness journey. Thee Hottie Boot Camp began as she started to document all of her workouts and new eating habits. She brought her fans along for the ride to include them on this journey and for extra support with accountability. You can see her training and doing different styles of workouts, cleaning out her kitchen and doing grocery hauls for meal preps, and setting goals for what she needs to be able to perform.

Now, Nike has also joined the movement and has brought her fitness, health, and wellness journey to the NTC app for everyone to have right on their phone. 

Join Megan and Nike Trainer, Tara Nicolas, for a series of workouts on the NTC app that are designed to help you build energy, endurance, and balance just like Thee Hot Girl Coach.
