See this content in the original post

For quite some time, Amsterdam-based label Filling Pieces has been catching our eyes with their fashionably sound, yet versatile sneaker selection.  Add the fact that they show tons of love to us ladies in both collections and lookbooks and we've become something like fans.

Now, the indy sneaker company is dipping a luxe leather toe into the big brand waters as a big collaboration looks to be on the way.  Via a kind of cryptic Instagram post yesterday, Filling Pieces clued us into a new partnership with Puma.  The brands seem to have combined forces for what looks to be a revamped Puma R698 with a signature Filling Pieces upper.

Sneaker gold, guys.  Sneaker gold.

We'll know more in the days before the big drop (July 22nd, btw) but until then, decipher what you can from the IG post up top.

Are you a fan of this collab?

Update:

What a difference two days make.  Filling Pieces just released a front image of their Puma Blaze of Glory (we mistakenly thought it was the R698 up top) collab and, yes, it's definitely splurge-worthy.

In order to rebuild, you must deconstruct - right? That's exactly what Puma and FP did with the classic Blaze of Glory.  Decked in premium black suede and textiles, the Filling Pieces x PUMA Blaze of Glory will be released on July 22nd and will be available exclusively on FP's home soil at FOURAnsch46 and online at www.fillingpieces.com.

A global release will follow suit on July 30th at only a few handpicked PUMA retailers like Kith, Dover Street Market London, Colette, IT and a few others.

DEFINITE COP.  Stay tuned for more info in the coming days.
