This LA-based stylist and content creator embodies the everyday woman who may be on a budget, but still wants to flex her personality. #1. Be Confident.
Derria: When creating your own personal sneakHER style looks it’s important to be confident in whatever you wear because people can tell when the look just isn't you. You have to own your look, not the look own you so to speak.
#2. Opt for Comfort.
Derria: My second tip would be to opt for comfort. When I leave the house I think about how I'd feel in my look if I had to walk for hours or if I had to stand for a long period of time. Would this look keep me comfortable? That helps me make a decision on creating a look. So its safe to say that sneakers are my go to with just about every look I create.
#3. Maximize your current “SneakHER-drobe”.
Derria: Maximize your current "Sneaker"drobe (Sneaker Wardrobe lol). I know a lot of us tend to buy sneakers every time a new release comes out, but it's key to think about if you're even wearing the ones you have. I have a habit of writing down looks I want to wear with different sneakers I own so that I know I’m maximizing my current wardrobe.
