Nike Air Force 1 Gets Ready For Fall With Wool And Leather

For the coming Fall 2016 collection, Nike is retooling several of it's mainstays into cold weather friendly fabrics. The Air Force 1 has always been a mainstay in every sneakerhead's collection and now Nike has updated it's iconic silhouette for Fall 2016. Having given the duck-boot treatment to several other styles, including the Nike Lunar Force 1, it was time for the classic kicks to get a refresh as well. The new look for the Nike Air Force 1 Mid is anchored by a warm wool upper, trimmed elegantly in premium leather on the heel, swoosh and ankle straps.

This new collection is of particular note as it's geared towards the female sneakerhead. Too often these iconic reboots are geared towards only male fans yet someone at Nike got the memo this time around. The Air Force 1 comes in two colorways, both subtle and feminine in appearance. The premium materials give these kicks an extra touch of class while staying true to the original silhouette. The collection kicks of with the tan and grey, oatmeal and black, and navy and light blue colorways.
