This Tubular Entrap Just Made It To The Wish List
Words by Sierra Silberman
Almost exactly two years ago, a guy by the name of Nic Galway (who happens to also be the VP of Global Design for Adidas) introduced us to the Tubular. A sneaker whose influences originated with various sneakers in the Adidas vault that never quite made it to the shelves.
Luckily, patience paid off and we are able to bare witness to this past innovation blending with present technology. The latest Tubular Entrap is a ladies exclusive (fist pump) with a simplistic and modern feel. The neoprene architecture is smooth and so so clean. Completely drenched in an ice purple colorway, this was definitely a head turner for me. With the pastel some may dub this a spring cop, but it will add elegance to any earth tone that makes up your fall wardrobe. This shoe does to your feet what great lighting does to your photos: turns up. The mesh inner liner adds some sport aesthetic and the suede heel panel brings that elegant conclusion.
