DAMN! This Nike Cortez x Kendrick Lamar is FIYA.

Rumors have been circling the last few months about Nike's collaboration with hip hop star Kendrick Lamar. What will the shoe look like? When does it drop? Like many other Swoosh silhouettes, the Nike Cortez had a golden year in 2017. There's also no doubt that dope collabs with artists have been on the rise and the hype around the Cortez Kenny 1 sneaker is a testiment to what gets the streets excited.

Nike and Kendrick recently unveiled what the Cortez Kenny 1 will look like, and one word. DAMN. The classic sneaker comes dressed in a white leather upper with red stitching and a bold "DAMN." written on the lateral sides paying homage to Kendrick's latest album (that was amazing, btw). A black tongue with red co-branding serves a nice contrast to the icy white upper. The midsole has black accents and a red stitched Nike Swoosh that sits on the medial sides of the upper.

A confirmed release date via SNKRS App notes that the sneaker will drop on January 26th at 9:00am. Get your reminders ready, because I'm definitely setting mine.
