We’ve never seen the Air Jordan 1 High OG look this decadent.
The release of the WMNS Air Jordan 1 Zoom Air Comfort Lemon Twists quenched our thirst with its citrus colorway. With fall and winter on the horizon, Nike is now gifting us a luxurious holiday collab with A Ma Maniére, the Parisian-influenced brand whose french name translates to “My Way.” Thanks to @fxxkvlogvi on insta, we got an exclusive first look at these enviable kicks back in August. This week, official images from the brand finally dropped, as well as exclusive detailed shots from photographer Chris Colgan (see below).
Deep wine accents on the outside sole, laces, and inner quilted padding compliment a jaw-dropping burgundy snakeskin swoosh and pull tab. Sail-colored suede makes up the uppers and midsoles, giving these rich sneaks a vintage look and feel. An inspirational quote from Michael Jordan is found beneath the shoe’s ankle flap: “You have to expect things of yourself before you can do them.” The combination of textures, details, and colors is throwing us for a loop; are these brand-spanking new kicks, or are they vintage sneakers found in the back of a high-end consignment store?
