Once upon a time circa early 2010s, Supreme was the streetwear authority. In skate, hip hop, and street fashion spaces, you couldn’t turn a corner without running into someone wearing a classic white t-shirt donning a giant red box reading “SUPREME” on the front. While it’s been a full decade since Supreme’s heyday, the brand still has a chokehold on loyal fans and is still regarded as one of the most influential streetwear brands to ever exist. Beyond apparel, the brand has been privy to collabing with footwear outfitters like Nike, and this week, they’re revisiting one of their most popular sneaker creations.
This upcoming release nods to the 2006 Supreme Red Nike SB Blazer, which featured similarly quilted uppers. The Supreme x Nike SB Blazer Mid comes in two colorways, medium blue denim and black leather. Tan snakeskin swooshes make an appearance on both styles, complimented by gold stitching and hardware on the heel. Black and denim blue laces match the uppers, allowing the swoosh to really pop. Classic red Supreme insoles and gold logos on the tongue complete the look.
