This New Women's Nike Vapormax Is Going Exploring

Remember yesterday when we mentioned supply and demand as it relates to sneakers? Well, Nike is definitely doing the supplying when it comes to certain silhouettes and the Vapormax is one of those. Aside from the triple black colorway that had me contemplating "Do I really need those groceries this week?" - I haven't had a major WOW moment. Don't get me wrong, I am diggin' the silhouette.
Then came the WOW moment, and the upside is these are just for the ladies. Nike is droppin' a fierce colorway that is also inspired by historical exploration. Cool, right? This iteration of the Vapormax includes a bronze colored Swoosh that symbolizes helmets used in deep sea diving. The breathable white upper and vibrant blue translucent Air unit takes inspiration from spacesuits. Appropriately so, this collection is also know as the "Explorer".
