If we’re being honest, we have become fangirls of this Yara Shahidi x adidas collection since day one. The capsule is a refreshing take on how culture creates beautiful collaborations. Using the tagline ‘We don’t integrate, we recreate’ on the Three Stripes website, Yara empowers us to lean into self expression through our roots. The reimagined apparel and footwear pieces continue to showcase Yara’s African American and Iranian heritage. The second installment of the Yara Shahidi x adidas Collection has multiple items that have jumped right onto our wish list.
Yara’s collection features more apparel options and two additional sneakers. In celebration of her heritage, the vibrant designs and colors aim to tell a story. We can appreciate the detailing and absolutely love the color palettes of rich greens and golds. The apparel choices feature shirts, a jumpsuit, shorts, pants, hoodie, and a track jacket.
