Cop or Can: NikeLab Continues To Embrace The Sneakerboot With Stone Island
Though I was slightly disappointed with the offering from Nike Women's Holiday Collection, I just knew that Nike had at least a few surprises left for this here happy season, and today, the brand unveiled one of its biggest collaborations to date.
In partnership with Italian sportswear brand Stone Island, NikeLab is set to drop two sneakerboots that will accompany a collection of Nike's iconic Windrunner apparel. For the sneakers, Nike and Stone Island set their sights on the Koth Ultra Mid, an Air Mowabb-inspired boot that hasn't really been a significant silhouette until now.
The Koth Ultra Mid features a water resistant leather-based upper and includes all-weather features, something that Stone Island knows plenty about. For this NikeLab collab, the Koth Ultra Mid will drop in both black/white and olive/off-white with premium bells and whistles like all leather liner and waxed laces. In addition, each sneaker comes with a dual-branded dust bag.
The entire Stone Island x NikeLab collection will arrive on December 17 at Stone Island and NikeLab retailers. Pricing info is forthcoming. Thoughts on this sneakerboot? Personally, I'm a sucker for Olive. That might just have to happen for me depending on the skrilla. Cop or Can?
