Wish List: NikeLab Readies a New Set of Air Flight ’89s

When Jordan Brand announced the release of the Air Jordan 1 "Pinnacle" earlier this year, I pretty much decided that the buttery leather take on the classic Jordan silhouette needed to find itself in my collection. That is, until I saw that premium price. I don't know about you, but I have bills and definitely can't justify a $400 sneaker price tag.

Now, it seems NikeLab is utilizing the same premium material for a new release of the Air Flight ’89. Four new colorways have been draped in luxurious tumbled leather (including that beautiful 'Pinnacle' butta) featuring the famed Air Jordan IV sole unit underneath. Tonal branding appears at the heel and on the tongue, while matching laces complete the pretty.

For now, no release specifics for the new collection have been revealed, but take a peak at the snaps below and check back here for more information as we receive.
