The fashion world seems to be embracing the push for sustainability. From Asos and Puma to COS, brands are working to do their part in creating a brighter and cleaner Earth. Last week, TDE artist, SZA, teased a new line of clothing geared towards sustainability. The line, CTRL Fishing Co, was first debuted on Instagram with the caption, “Who tryn save da ocean 👀 @ctrlfishingco.” The new line is slated to be non-profit, as the songstress confirmed that 100% of the proceeds will go towards efforts in saving and cleaning the oceans.

Inspired by her album, Ctrl, the first image we saw of this collection was a bright blue hoodie with “Sustainability Gang” colorfully embroidered across the chest. This same colorful embroidery was seen on more crewneck sweatshirts and shirts that read “Puck Flastic.” The apparent collaboration project with Champion will release soon.

This collection seems like it’s going to be full of fun must-haves and we already know it’s coming with an amazing purpose. I’m loving this wave of eco-friendly styles and I hope it continues. While we don’t have a release date yet, we’ll be sure to keep you updated!

While we wait...
