Events: Chicago Opens It's Only NikeLab Space While Unveiling The ACG Collection

This past Thursday we had the opportunity to preview the new NIKELAB CHI store located on the top floor of Nike Chicago on the magnificent mile. The store is very special because it is the first and only NIKELAB location in the city! While speaking with Nike reps, it was clear that this store was needed. It brings an opportunity for fans of NikeLab to come in-store and shop the product, try it and on feel the materials. Drawing inspiration from the ACG collection itself, the interior of the eighth NikeLab store globally was specifically designed to showcase sport style in the Windy City. Along with the opening we also got a chance to check out the NikeLab ACG collection, which is all around dope.

Shop The Collection

Even though the ACG collection is made for the guys, it is designed in sizes that us ladies can wear as well. One of our goals during the visit was to show how us ladies can rock the ACG collection and one of the Nike employees showcased it perfectly! And she was rocking one of our favorite releases the Nike Special Field AF1 in ‘Light Bone.’

Acronym’s founder Errolson Hugh collaborated with NikeLab for the ACG Winter Collection, which is designed to embody his unwavering belief that form follows function and function should not deny aesthetic. Secure storage, zips and draw cords accentuate this clean yet cleverly constructed collection that helps provide lightweight protection from the harshest winter and the versatile adaptability needed to move throughout the city.
