Filling Pieces Takes Iceland for 2016 Fall/Winter "Srefidensi // Independence" Lookbook
Filling Pieces has come a long way. From a small Amsterdam-based label in 2009 to a globally recognized independent brand, the contemporary footwear label Filling Pieces brings forth a 2016 fall/winter collection which draws heavily on the history of the new age brand. “Srefidensi // Independence,” makes reference to the South American country of Surinam where the brand’s founder, Guillaume Philibert hails. Shot in Iceland by Lotte van Raalte, the lookbook features 14 new silhouettes and 3 custom Filling Pieces sole innovations, which brings FP's total silhouette style to 450. No boundaries here. Creative freedom for your footwear.
We can totally dig it.
The signature Low Top is featured heavily in this collection with a few updates to new renditions of the silhouette. PVC elements, neoprene sock liners, heat seamed stitching, layering, stitch & return techniques all combine in the new offering. Premium materials like Italian leather, suede and nubuck complete each uniquely embroidered neoprene upper. Preview the collection in the cookbook above and click below to shop the sneaks.
