Last week, Kylie Jenner was thrust into the sneaker spotlight when reports surfaced that the youngest Jenner was set to deviate from her family love for all things adidas and snag a lucrative deal with PUMA. Those reports were put to rest, however, when Kanye West insisted that his sister-in-law would not be signing a deal with PUMA - basically Ye told everybody PUMA could keep their measly $1M (!!! Measly!!) because Kylie would be adidas 4eva.
Well, it seems someone else not named Kanye, has had the final word and it looks like we'll be seeing King Kylie rep #ForeverFaster after all. It's been confirmed by Nice Kicks that Kylie Jenner is indeed joining the PUMA family. Having already conducted photo shoots for the brand, Kylie’s deal is less extensive than brand mate Rihanna's contract which makes her a worldwide brand ambassador. Kylie's deal sees the teen in a brand advocate role, which will include her support for specific PUMA products, features in official campaigns and sharing the pieces through her personal social outlets. However, as far as we know, she's still free to wear other brands at her leisure.
With confirmation comes content so, we're sure it’s only a matter of time before we see the first Kylie Jenner x PUMA promo material. Keep your eyes open folks!
